You may have noticed a new addition to the site in the top navigation bar: The SmartVan Job Board. Finding techs, managers and the people to support them is bar none the highest pain point for companies – it is for any company in any industry, not just field service – and, of course, there’s no shortage of people trying to find jobs, so we thought a job board would be a great extra service for our readers on both sides of the hiring equation.
Click here, or on the yellow tab in the top navigation bar, and you’ll see what we’re offering. If you’re looking for a job, you can search for jobs anywhere in the country in any industry, but we’ve set it to default to the broader “field service” category, but if you want to drill down to find a more specific type of job, then you can easily do that.
Likewise, if employers want to post a job, then they just have to click on the link at the top-right of the page and do so. Jobs can be posted and searched for in any part of the country.
We’re incredibly excited about the job board and hope it’s a valuable resource for our readers.
